AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using the Montana Safes website ("Site") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Montana Safes provides the following products and services through our retail locations in Hamilton, Missoula, and Polson, Montana:

• Professional safe delivery and installation
• Safe repair and maintenance services
• Locksmith services (residential, commercial, and automotive)
• Consultation on security solutions

All products are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes and may vary from actual items.

PURCHASES & PAYMENT

By placing an order with Montana Safes, you agree to the following:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• All information you supply is accurate and complete
• Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Payment is due at the time of purchase unless financing has been arranged

Financing options are available through our third-party financing partners and are subject to credit approval and separate terms and conditions.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Delivery and installation services are available throughout Western Montana. Please note:

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
• The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery (doorways, stairs, pathways)
• Additional charges may apply for difficult access, stairs, or long-distance deliveries
• Montana Safes is not responsible for pre-existing damage to floors, walls, or doorways during delivery
• A signature may be required upon delivery

WARRANTIES & RETURNS

Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Montana Safes does not offer additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer unless specifically stated in writing. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty documentation included with your product.

• All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
• Defective products will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy
• Service work is warranted for 90 days from the date of completion
• Returns, if accepted, may be subject to a restocking fee

SERVICE TERMS

For locksmith and safe repair services:

• Service estimates are provided as approximations; final charges may vary based on actual work performed
• Emergency and after-hours services may incur additional fees
• The customer must provide proof of ownership or authorization before lockout or lock change services are performed
• Montana Safes is not liable for damage to locks or safes that results from prior tampering or forced entry attempts

WEBSITE USE

By using this Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site
• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission
